These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of inmosirius.com and all products sold by Magno Disk. By using our Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
By purchasing from Magno Disk, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Products
Magno Disk sells digital software products including themes and plugins. All products are described on their individual product pages. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time. Product updates within the same major version are made available to existing licence holders at no additional cost.
3. Intellectual Property and Licence
Upon purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product in accordance with the licence terms specified on the product page. Standard single-project licences permit use on one commercial project. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or represent any Magno Disk product as your own original work.
All underlying code, design, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Magno Disk. The licence grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use any Magno Disk product to build a competing theme or plugin product for resale; redistribute or share licence keys or download links with any third party; reverse-engineer or extract components for redistribution; or use the product in any manner that violates applicable law.
5. Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Transactions are processed by secure third-party payment processors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magno Disk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. No Warranty
Products are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. While we maintain high quality standards and provide support, we do not warrant that products will be error-free or compatible with every possible environment, framework version, or third-party tool.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
