All products sold by Magno Disk are digital goods — downloadable software themes and plugins. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.
1. General Policy — No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product download link or licence key has been delivered or made available. We are unable to offer refunds on the basis of change of mind, incompatibility with a third-party tool not referenced in our requirements, or inability to use the product due to a lack of technical skills.
We strongly encourage you to review the full product description, requirements, and documentation preview before purchasing. If you have compatibility questions prior to purchase, contact us at contact@magno-disk.com and we will help you make the right decision.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances: the downloaded product file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement; the product is materially and demonstrably different from its published description; or a duplicate charge has been made in error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing contact@magno-disk.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Supporting evidence (error screenshots, file corruption evidence) is required.
3. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund and we have not resolved the matter to your satisfaction, you may contact your payment provider to initiate their dispute process. We will co-operate fully with any such process.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@magno-disk.com with the subject line ‘Refund Request’, your order number, and a detailed explanation. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 7 business days.
