All products sold by Magno Disk are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. This policy describes how digital products are delivered and accessed after purchase.
1. Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, an automated order confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. This email contains your secure download link(s) and licence key(s). Delivery is typically instant. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to payment processing.
2. Download Links
Download links are time-limited and/or access-limited as stated in your order confirmation. We recommend downloading and securely storing your product files immediately upon receipt. If your link expires before you have downloaded your product, contact us at contact@magno-disk.com with your order number and we will reissue access.
3. Failed or Missing Delivery
If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not present, contact contact@magno-disk.com with your purchase details and we will resolve the issue within one business day.
4. Re-Downloads
Customers may request access to re-download their purchased products by contacting contact@magno-disk.com with their original order number. We retain customer download access records and will accommodate reasonable re-download requests.
5. Product Updates
When updates are released for a product you have purchased, you will be notified by email. Updated files will be made available for download through the same mechanism as the original delivery. Updates are provided at no additional cost for the current major version.
6. No Physical Shipment
Magno Disk does not ship physical products of any kind. If a physical shipping fee appears on your order in error, contact us immediately at contact@magno-disk.com and we will correct and refund the erroneous charge promptly.
7. Licence Key Delivery
Where a product requires a licence key for activation, this key is included in your order confirmation email alongside the download link. Keep your licence key secure. Do not share it with third parties. If your key is lost or compromised, contact us at contact@magno-disk.com for assistance.
